Denver Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta

Join Our Chapter

No matter where or when you first became a Theta, we want you to be a member of the Denver Alumnae Chapter. We pride ourselves on being a diverse mix of women who enjoy each other’s company, enjoy staying active, and enjoy exploring our great city. Even if you can’t attend many of our gatherings, being a member helps you stay connected to Theta.

Members of our chapter pay annual dues that cover local events, chapter communications, college outreach and support, contributions to the Fraternity, and more. When events and activities are not fully subsidized by the chapter, dues-paying members also pay discounted rates. Our membership year runs from January 1 to December 31, and you can join anytime.

Both Nite Kites and Service events are open to those who are not yet members but are interested in getting to know us and more about alumnae life! Look for those events on our website calendar and follow us on Instagram @DenverThetas.

The Denver Alumnae Chapter has two membership levels:

Denver Alumnae Chapter nite kites special interest group

Regular • $65

As a Regular member, you are eligible to attend all chapter and Special Interest Group events, hold office, and vote on chapter business. You are also eligible for discounted pricing where offered.

Twin Star • $99

By paying a little extra, you help our chapter offer complimentary dues to recent grads and sisters facing financial hardship.
Both membership levels include $33 per capita Fraternity dues and $3 per capita Panhellenic dues, which are collected by the Denver Alumnae Chapter and paid to the Fraternity and Denver Area Panhellenic on your behalf. If you are a Life Loyal member, $33 Fraternity dues are already covered and do not need to be paid each year.

Discounts are available in the following circumstances:

  1. If you are a Life Loyal, your $469 Life Loyal ($399 for members initiated 50+ years ago) membership covers your annual per capita dues. Click here for more information about Life Loyal.
  2. If you graduated from college within the past year (Fall 2025/Spring 2026), Regular local dues are complimentary and your per capita dues are waived by the Fraternity, so you can actually be a member of our chapter for free! You may upgrade to the Twin Star dues level, if desired, to pay it forward and help other sisters enjoy membership.
  3. If you are a member of another alumnae chapter that pays your per capita dues, only local dues will be collected.
  4. If you are experiencing financial hardship and would appreciate help with your Theta dues, contact our VP Finance for assistance.

Click the "Pay Dues" button below to complete the membership form with an option to pay dues online.  If you want to pay by check or Venmo you can still fill out the online membership form. If you prefer to do everything on paper please download and print the membership form and the form can be mailed with your check. Feel free to scan the form and email it to our VP of Membership
