Join Theta sisters and make our community a better place!

Every October, Thetas participate in group service projects to honor Founder Bettie Locke Hamilton’s October birthday. Our chapter offers multiple opportunities for you to help out and advance the mission of a local organization.

For CASA, we will volunteer as Armchair Advocates and learn how to send emails to government officials (senators, state representatives, members of Congress, the governor, etc) to support legislation that will benefit the foster care system and/or youth in crisis. Because this is a virtual event, no social distancing is necessary; you will tune in to the live info session via Zoom from the comfort of your home.

RSVP via Evite. Contact Carolyn Ferreira with questions. All Day of Service updates will be communicated via Evite. Note: For security reasons, Zoom meeting information will be available via Evite only.

Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, founded at Indiana Asbury College (now DePauw University) in Greencastle, Indiana, on January 27, 1870, is the first Greek-letter fraternity for women. “Kappa Alpha Theta,” “Theta,” and our coat of arms, badges, and logo are registered trademarks of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity.
