Join Theta sisters as we explore Dinosaur Ridge, a National Natural Landmark in our own backyard! Learn about the dinosaurs who trekked through the foothills over 100 million years ago by walking the 2.5 mile (round trip) paved trail and visiting the Exhibit Hall. While COVID restrictions prevent a formal group tour, we will be able to gather and walk, with our masks on, and utilize the audio tour that can be downloaded to your smart phone.
Our group will meet at the East Gate Kiosk to begin our walking tour at 9:30 am. If we stop at each audio tour location, the walk is approximately 2 hours long on the paved trail. Plan to dress for the weather, wear a mask and bring water and snacks.
RSVP via Evite. Contact Mary Ellen Fitzsimonds with questions.
